Later, a technology expert began investigating him after the theft was reported, but police found that crime could not be investigated. According to the expert on the address they traced, the iPad was in Kosovo.
The expert knew who it was about, since one of the employees inside the house had a family there, the Metro broadcasts.
They thought it was probably random and contacted the police, who resumed the investigation.
The 27-year-old woman was found guilty in this case, and the iPad returned. By the time relatives received it again, about a year had passed, and the elderly woman had died.
Kosovo nurse said her son tried to get the iPad to play. She said she intended to send her back, but when they found her she was about 220km from Lund.
The wife no longer works at the elders ' home. The theft occurred in the fall of 2018. She's accused of serious theft. According to the prosecutor, the crime of theft is severe and ruthless because it occurred by an vulnerable old person.
According to relatives, the elderly woman felt terrible when she learned that she was one of those who cared for her, who had stolen her device. She was in a wheelchair and had difficulty talking after a stroke. Family members say during the investigation the woman “felt very insecure about her accommodation and we had to install a safe in her apartment”.
