All these countries have over 120 cases of infection in 100,000 inhabitants, which make them part of the list of high-risk states.
But how is it decided that a country has a high risk of infection?
In the Ministry of Health, they have stated that Kosovo operates on the list published on the web site the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) -- a list that is constantly updated.
The “List is published on the ECDC website and is also carried out in Kosovo. High risk countries are considered with more than 120 cases of infection in 100,000 residents”, the ministry has declared.
