More than 1,000 basic language errors in the book of Shkelqim Mullaku, former deciman chosen by NISMA

Flamur Shala, professor at the University of Bicushin Hotiı in Prizren, says that in the book of Shkelqim Milaku, former dean of the Faculty of Philology in Prizren, there are over 1,000 primary language errors. Mr. Shala has also published parts of Mr. Millaku.

He writes:

By contrast, Shkelqim Milaku had been appointed illegal as dean of the Faculty of Philology in Prizren since October 1st 2018.

Milaku was elected by missing votes from the Faculty of Philology Council and benefiting from a unanimous decision by the Senate of this faculty that is politically influenced by a political party. At the meeting held 20,04,2018 by this faculty's Council, Milaku had not been able to secure enough votes to be elected to a dean position.

Millaku was elected to this illegal position after his close ties with the party NISMA had then reported the Kosovo media, which had monitored Millak's election to this position.

Millaku was elected to the dean's position at the time when with the Ministry of Education, he ruled "Goodness Bytyqi."
