“Today, 95 years are filled out of the life separation of Hodge Kadri Pristina, one of Kosovo's most prominent daughters. At the initiative of Hodge Kadriu and other patriots, in 1918 the Shkodra-based National Protection Committee “was established. This committee internationalised the national issue and organised defence forces of the Kosovo Albanian lands. He was also among the main organisers of the Lusnje Congress, the 1920 nationwide assembly, that enabled the survival of the fragile and newly formed Albanian state. With his brilliant work as I sit, hodge, politician, publicist and Albanian jurist he has left a lasting impression on the history of the Albanian nation”, Veselin wrote.
