Vjosa Osmani recalls Rugova: Today, more than ever, we need to learn from his wisdom

LDK Vice President Vjosa Osmani has remembered the 14th anniversary of former President Ibrahim Rugova's death.

Osman through a Facebook post saying that more than ever we need to learn from his political wisdom.

“E today, the values of the historic president's activity are necessary, especially in these difficult days, when our country is ahead of important political decisions related to internal and external developments. In these cold days, his wise figure helps us to outdo ourselves and not stand for each other, towards joining the country's overall interests and in full respect of the civic will”, Osmani wrote.

On the fourteenth anniversary of the death of the leader and founder of modern and independent Kosovo, President Ibrahim Rugova, more than ever we need to learn from his political wisdom, first, to build internal bridges, and then, to maintain and repair bridges with our international friends.

Rugova, as long as he was alive, has taught us that friends can build any aspirations, but without them, the future of our country is vague. Rugova has also left us the permanent will of the need for internal co-operation without which we cannot consolidate our state, as well as the necessity of following the path of the will that our quiet and patient citizens carry for us through their vote.
