“He was traveling with Hezbollah's leader and his murder saved a large number of human lives”, the American president said in a comment to reporters at the White House, in the presence of Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
He added that the US was following Soleiman for a long time and that inside Iran many people rejoiced over his murder after fearing him.
President Trump called Kasem Soleiman a monster that killed many people.
