United States President Donald Trump has supported the antigovernmental protests under way in Iran's capital.
He has said that America stands with Iran's people in their brave struggle for freedom.
We remember that today a group of Iranian protesters have demanded the resignation of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, after it was confirmed that the Iranian Army accidentally shot the Ukrainian plane in which 176 people were inside.
The situation between the United States and Iran was tense following the general's murder, Qaseem Solejmani, already culminated in Iranian attacks on US military bases in Iraq.
