“In the latter part of the day, it is projected to be accompanied by rainfall. Minimum temperatures will move between -2 degrees to -3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is projected to move between 8-10 degrees Celsius. It will blow mainly from the southeast at 1-7m/s”, says IHMK's announcement.
