Thaci calls Kosovo prosecutors: Do not make mistakes the same as UNMIK, EULEX

The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has ordered the chief prosecutor and all Kosovo prosecutors not to make the same mistakes as the UNMIK and EULEX administration, which housed Serb crimes in Kosovo.

Serbian genocide, ethnic cleansing, hundreds of massacres and thousands of violations have never been tried in the last 20 years, and Serb criminals have only been punished and rewarded, being arranged in the highest structures of the Serbian state”, the president has declared.

Thaci has stressed that Albanians have been victims, and now 20 years are being investigated and sentenced in a process longer than World War II crimes investigations.

Now is the time our justice system, without influence from politics or diplomatic representatives to investigate, judge and condemn Serb criminals who killed about 13 thousand Albanian civilians, among whom about 1,300 were children, who violated over 20 thousand Albanian women and committed over 400 massacres in Kosovo”, the country's president has declared. /Periscopi/
