The United Kosovo Education and Science Union (SBASHK), with a petition, requires implementation of the Law for the Salaries.
The suspension of the new wage law, by the Constitutional Court, had brought dissatisfaction to certain categories.
And the Court's decision was rejected by the education workers.
Even the latter had warned strikes to express without their pleasure.
But it seems that this will not happen.
SBASK deputy chairman Vjollca Shala has announced to T7 that after the winter break, the learning process will begin Monday on January 12th.
But this union seems to have taken another initiative.
The SBASK has begun collecting signatures of teachers to challenge the Court's decision.
SBASK's deputy chairman says that for now this is the union action the SBASK has decided to take.
Through this petition, the SBASK expects the Court to change its mind and allow law enforcement.
He appealed for the new law on salaries to the ombudsman had submitted it to the Constitutional Court.
This court had decided to temporarily suspend this law.
But this had caused dissatisfaction with over 600,000 employees.
