I don't see how dialogue can continue before the formation of the Government in Pristina, and could be delayed further with the May elections in Serbia.
So says Daniel Serwer, professor at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, adding that he does not believe it is in Kosovo's interest to negotiate during the election campaign in Serbia.
Regarding the letter of the goal for the establishment of the airline between Belgrade and Pristina and the announcement of an effort to restore railway traffic, Serwer emphasises that both sides should withdraw their movements simultaneously, the tax should be lifted and the campaign for attracting Kosovo's recognition must be completed, Tanjug reports, broadcast Klan Kosova.
He believes US President Donald Trump is undoubtedly seeking an international success that would draw attention to the tribunal in the Senate. /Periscope
