Serbia's Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has commented on the agreement reached Thursday in Tirana among representatives of Albanian Presevo Valley parties, under which they will be represented with a programme in Serbia's upcoming parliamentary elections.
Volin says this agreement was not prohibited and added that what is allowed to Albanians cannot be forbidden to Serbs.
Serbian ethnicity citizens have the right to connect and organise politically. Serbia is a free country and, unlike most of the countries in its region, respects and promotes minority rights”, Voulin said in a written statement to the Serbian media, Klen Kosova broadcasts.
