In a Facebook post, Rasimi, also Hagi's brother, has said that this decision is correct.
“HI WAS fair and legally based on the decision of the date 23.01.2020, with which the detention measure of my defender, Haxhi Hoti”, wrote Rasim Hoti on Facebook.
Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti is present today at the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Office in connection with the threat he was made the day before by Kosovo Initiative member Haxhi Hoti.
This became known VV member Berat Ganiqi through a post on the social Facebook network.
“Today, together with Movement Speaker Albin Kurti, we were at the Founding Prosecutor's Office at the invitation of the latter. Albin Kurti has been invited to interview about the threat he has been made to social networks by Haxhi Hoti, a member of the Kosovo Initiative for late December 201918x1>, wrote Ganiqi.
We remember that on December 28th of last year, Haxhi Hoti, through a Facebook post, had drawn a comparison between the murdered American president, John Kennedy and Albin Kurti, saying that although the people wanted the first for head of state, it wasn't in the state's interest to be president, and for Kurti it said that the people “probably” do, “is not the interest of the state to be prime minister”
“John F. Kennedy was the American people's interest to be president, but it wasn't the American state's interest to be president. Albin Kurti is the interest of the people of Kosovo perhaps, but it is not the interest of the state of Kosovo to be prime minister”, he said.
Vetevendosje leader Hoti left two paths: “Albin Kurti has 2 ways: either to leave Kosovo or he can be killed”.
After this post was printed, Hoti had erased it and demanded public forgiveness.
The next day, the police arrested Hoti.
