The act against Adem Grabovci, Besim Beqaj, Zenun Pajazit and others in the case of “Proto” will be announced today on January 3rd 2020.
In this case for criminal work “violation of equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination”, former Kosovo Democratic Party President Adem Grabovci, former minister of innovation and entrepreneurship Besim Beqaj, former deputet PDK, Zenun Pajaziti, and eight others charged. They are charged that during the month of October, November and December 2011, they had illegally appointed people close to them in leadership positions or with their party in public companies “Trainos”, “Infracos”, “Hidro-Drini”, “Radoniqi-Dukagini<x>, etc.
After the prosecution had filed an indictment for the wiretapping of pronto, the trial had begun on October 1st 2018, while on November 15th, Grabovci, Beqaj, the Pajazit of the other 8 indictees were declared innocent, Telegraphed.
The trial in the case known as “Proto” ended with 12 court hearings after 455 days, or 1 year 2 months and 29 days, following the establishment of the indictment.
