Two years of parole has pronounced the Constitutional Court in Pristina to the accused of participating in terrorist groups Remzije Qazimi, after she at the initial hearing had pleaded guilty.

The announcement of the indictment was made Friday by Special Department Judge Valon Kurtaj.

In addition to the parole sentence, the accused has been charged with meeting the obligation to visit the psychologist or adviser and to act in accordance with their recommendations for a two-year period.
For monitoring the implementation of the conditional sentence and the specific obligation pronounced against it, the court has ordered the Kosovo Sprovy Service.
The accused Qazimi has been acquitted of paying procedural spending because the same is beneficial for social assistance.
To that decision the parties are entitled to complaint within 15 days of his receiving.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo on December 26th 2019 has filed charges against Remzije Qazimi due to the criminal act “organisation and participation in the terrorist group”, from Article 143 par.2 of the KPRK.
