For the first time, no child under 16 has died in traffic all over Norway this year, writes Independent, translates Periscope.
However, more people had died in Norway than they did in the previous year - 110 in 2019 and 108 in 2018.
The local newspaper Aftenposten reported that the second year with the lowest number of traffic deaths on the streets of Oslo had been 2017 with three people dead.
Of the figures released by local authorities, the number of traffic deaths had dropped dramatically since 1975.
Norway has continued to implement its project “Vision Zero”, which includes reducing vehicle speed on the road.
We remember that traffic continues to remain one of Kosovo's major killers in recent decades. /Periscope
