Muja, in “Debat Plus” with Ermal Pandur at RTV Dukaagjini, has said the Constitution clearly shows that the president appoints the mandate only after the winning party sends the mandate's name.
The legal amendments only begin after the president decrees the winning party”, he said.
He says Kosovo is now a month and a half after the elections, while he says that at PAN's time it has been expected three months to run deadlines for forming the government.
Muja says the LDK has never been the favourite Vetevendosje for the coalition, but according to him Haziri and Veliu have said they are open to both AAK and NISMA.
“Vetevendosje has been much more interested in the coalition, but the LDK doubt has been interested in the coalition. Vjosa Osmani has been [for the coalition], but the moment she lost the election, she has lost moral authority to choose the party for coalition”, Armend Muja said among other things.
