Maliqi: Albin and Isa show little creativity for the post of Parliamentary

Renowned political analyst Shkelzen Maliqi has given a proposal on the issue that the Assembly Speaker's post, which is also the point of dividing the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo for forming the ruling coalition, writes Periscopi.

According to Maliqi, both party leaders would have to show creativity in the position of chief parliament, thus proposing that the rotation become a political pact.

If the coalition really blocks the position of the Speaker of the Parliament, Albin and Isa would have to show a little creativity in solving the stalemate: The routine in the Parliament's Headship could become like the political pact: Cameron Shala becomes the first for a year and a few months, Glauk remains second, if the Parliament agrees with this skee neither needs resignation nor is a mere vote of long-term rock and so the head of the Parliament is more collective body than others, with this will not be humiliated Glauc, remains part of the decision making in the coalition with the memory where the decisions are co-ordinated as well.
