The deputy chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Pal Lekaj, has said that in the event of the failure of the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo to form a governing coalition, then the country should not go to the polls, but political parties should make a solution.
Looking at this approach of Mr. Kurti, the Vetevendosje Movement is a fraud of its kind for Kosovo citizens”, Lekaj said at RTK.
“What worries me, Kosovo is found in an institutional vacuum and in a political crisis, and the country needs Government as soon as it needs”, Lekaj, acting minister of Infrastructure and Transport, has said.
“We like AAK insist that the deal occur, but if the country does not have to wait”, he said.
“If it does not come to an agreement, political parties should sit down and decide for solution to the problem or for elections. I don't think it should go back to the election”, Lekaj stated.
He said he doesn't believe there's room for an AAK co-governance with the VV.
