LDK official: LVV to be more discreet, if we like it as a partner let others seek

Relations between the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo have cooled sharply after the latest bid made by the party, which came second in the 6 October elections, writes Periscopi. In the January 8th proposal by LDK it says “The LDK will have the Speaker of the Parliament, the second deputy chairman of the Parliament, the first deputy prime minister and five ministries of”.
With this proposal, the Vetevendosje Movement has not agreed, and so they declare plan B will be the extraordinary elections in the country.
But if the country goes to extraordinary elections and LVV comes out winning, that party says it would not change partners.
Asked at KTV's Rubik, who will make Government if they go to the polls, LVV deputy Lieburn Aliu has confirmed that they would still prefer to join the LDK.
With LDK, the deputy Ali concludes.
But in the Democratic League of Kosovo, they do not claim the same.
Headship member Naser Osmani in a pronomination for Periscopi claims going to the polls is not up to LVV.
According to Osmani, all opportunities must be seized to go to the polls.
The election issue, I have to put the relevant institutions so constitutionally when they get all the options and of course the LDK in the elections goes prepared and does not fear elections. We had as an internal party agreement that if the LDK comes out winning as a priority it would have the coalition with the VV. The LDK's stance is worth the mandate, but I don't know what decision we will make if it comes first. If no deal was reached with this result with the VV, it's hard for me to hope that the elections could bring something else and put us back at the table and reach an agreement. I think the VV has to overcome unreasonable obstacles, make the deal with fulfilling the constitutional obligation and move away, Osmani said.
On the other hand, the former LDK delegation says the VV should be more cautious about statements that expose the potential partner for governance.
Those (LVV) have responsibilities and should reflect conform responsibilities they have. They must maintain that nothing is over yet. After all, they've chosen us as partners, not us because they're winners. Even if you reach an agreement with your partner and there is little doubt about your partner, you have to overcome the obstacles that we see as minor obstacles, but if not they can look for other partners, Osman concludes./Periscopi/Zana Rugova/
