Kurti's nearly 10-year-old proximity to Rugova

Today is the fourteenth anniversary of the death of the president of Kosovo, Mr. Ibrahim Rugova. Rugova was chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo. [ The LDK] from its founding in 1989 to death, exercising during nearly the same period, even the post of Kosovo president. Ibrahim Rugova is considered the founding father of Kosovo's independence by being among the most diligent and keen of the voters during his political activity.
Unlike today's Kosovo leaders with a strong sheep of talkers, Rugova was noted for his wisdom and discretion, even for his strongest opponents and rivals, calling for political plurality.
Unfortunately, sir. Rugova failed to achieve Kosovo's Declaration of Independence, which took place only 2 years and 27 days after his death. Meanwhile, the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo was drafted in the form that prevented the exercise of political tasks in the same form as Mr. Rugova.
A party chairman could not even be president of the Republic of Kosovo. No parliamentary political parties in Kosovo opposed such a interpretation of the Constitutional post and did not contest the retroactive violation of Mr. Rugova, writes Periscope.
However, a political party when it decided to become part of the local political race decided that the retroactive violation of Rugova's political activity [who exercised the post of party chairman and president of the country] would fully clear through a provision in its statute: Vetevendosje Movement!
Anni that Vetevendosje has long embraced the worst anti-Rugovian figures as Mr. Rexhepi Crushing and Mr. Ademi Demac, and has used their rhetoric to attack the LDK and Rugova itself, this statuteic point, however, made it closer.
Under its statute, if the party chairman is elected prime minister of the country, he should resign as party chairman. That is because Vetevendosje once considered the state more important than the party. Kurt, however, has recently reportedly decided to remove this point of the statute by allowing himself to exercise both functions.
Kurti is the only political leader in Kosovo who has never honored Mr. Rugova going to the tomb.
While the president's position is reportedly among the points that divide the LDK with Vetevendosje for reaching the new government agreement. This political position, despite the Constitution's giving the unifying character, has been constantly involved in political markets of our parties, while neither of them has asked for a change in the way of choice, enabling the people to do so without the intercession of political parties. /Periscope
