Kurti doesn't show the last offer he made to LDK, only says it's innovation.

Kurti has indicated that meetings with Isa Mustaf's party for an agreement have started shortly after the elections.

While adding that his party had promised that it would never coalition with the PANU parties.

The same is said to have acted, as Mustafa's party has said it will not coalition with any other party, only with Vetevendosje.

“In campaign spirit for October 6th elections where V EVENTION! had promised there would be no coalition with the PAN parties and based on the LDK's campaign where they wanted a coalition with only V I have immediately begun living these election promises. We have started contacts, communication and meetings with the LDK on October 7th, just hours after the outcome of the preliminary elections was announced, without delay and hesitation that hope and great victory were brought back to government, but what seemed to be easily attainable turned out to be exhausting”, Kurti said.

He has added that there should be patience for reaching the agreement, meanwhile, says talks are not easy.

We need to keep the nerves. Work and engage, but patiently. These talks are not easy. Even more serious ahead are talks in the future as governments with various factors”, Kurti has said.

Kurti says that because of his failure to reach an agreement with LDK, he has had to be exposed twice dangerously. And here he mentioned December 26th, the day of the Kosovo Parliament's Constitution, where Glauk Konjufca Chief Parliamentary was elected, as well as the day he met with President Hashim Thaci.

We probably could have reached a deal by now. The day after tomorrow, there are 100 days of elections on October 6th. However, from these 98 days, we've only talked about government composition after the certificate of results. 52 days we lost them, waiting to pass the threshold on one party, even though we knew it had no role in ranking our subjects, that this couldn't change the V Movement's victory. Kurti again has said that at the last meeting with LDK, there have been moves, as both sides have, according to him, made a proposal. But he does not reveal what they have proposed.

I'm starting by addressing the elephant in the room right away. There are many different political issues in our currentity, but they are just old room furniture.

The key question you have in mind, when the new government will be created, there is no face that does not say it, and there is no attitude that can hide it.

The great hope of victory and third enthusiasm after the liberation and proclamation of independence is not yet resulting in a new government. That's why I understand you feel frustrated.

The truth is we're not waiting.

• In line with the election outcome, we offered half of the government's governing programme and half of the government, demanding that we move faster towards the government's survival.

• We've been open to the public as never before. Negotiations on the ruling coalition have kept them in public places like party offices and the republic's highest institution, in parliament.

• The media, and through them, have known when we go to the meeting, where the meeting is held, and when we leave the meeting. Of course what we haven't been able to offer is direct transmission of negotiations for the coalition, that would be counterproductive.

• We have offered transparency of our actions to citizens for every action we have taken. Every attempt of every movement is shared with citizens.

• I stressed that meetings cannot be news, that only the results are news. That for old questions I can't have new answers unless there's a deal.

• I have published the names of our ministers, ministers from V ranks. So the public knows and recognizes them in advance.
As a result of this transparency, today every citizen knows where we are and what's going on, so I don't have a lot of secrets to tell because we've made our demands public and we've handled the partner's demands in negotiations with the right and wanted privacy.

What we won't do is go back in time and pretend nothing happened.

Things have happened, our meetings and efforts have occurred, our offers have happened, constitutional deadlines have happened, the constitutional session of the Parliament has occurred. So we cannot pretend that these events and these deadlines have not occurred and that all people have not seen.

So now we have to focus on the present and what can happen, because what we have to do.

It is possible that besides the people to win both sides, both our subjects, Movement V. And the Democratic League of Kosovo. Besides citizens, all international factors prefer LV coalition V-LDK.

What I want to replay is that citizens on October 6th have voted for change, not for continuation and repetition, but for change.
What we have to say, and we're not saying enough, is that we have to make clear what we stand for. Not only as leaders and leaders but also as citizens should we make it clear that we cannot go back, that we cannot compromise the future and that we never tire of or tire of defending our attitudes and principles.

The October 6th change was not just a victory of a political subject.

The next day on October 7th, citizens did not say Albin won or won V They said we finally won, so we won.

We, ordinary citizens, no big businesses, no strong uncle, no oligarchs back, no private media, no state control and no dirty money.

We citizens who have knowledge and courage, dignity and integrity, ideals and self-confidence but couldn't win in a seized state.

Judges, prosecutors and police still remain caught in politics, and politicians still linked to crime and corruption. Just three days ago, Astrit Dehar's roommate was declared missing reminding us of what justice system we have. Just a week ago, however, you were awarded a special release to the Pronto Clan in court.

The employment of family members in the state administration without knowledge and dignity, including our diplomatic system, has not ceased, the destruction of tenders and public money has not ended.

So let us not forget what time we are at. This is a historic and defining moment that will determine what republic and what future we will build not only for ourselves but also for our children and generations to come after us.

V Movement Victory October 6th is the victory of citizens over the captured state.
But we do not win on October 6th as good and guaranteed. On V YOU realize more than anyone else, how difficult the road to victory and change is.

So tired of waiting and frustrated by delays, let's turn them into demands, not for quick deals and whatever costs, but for the fair agreement we need to make the difference we want.

We'll do a lot to make a deal. But, always within the frameworks of constitution and law, democracy and the republican order, of the will of the people expressed in the October 6, 2019 elections.
