Kurti gives up the mandate, LDK in opposition

It has been three months since holding elections in Kosovo. The 6 October elections, which drew the winner from Vetevendosje Movement, have not produced enough effect for the formation of the country's institutions. This is because there is still no final agreement between Vetevendosje and LDK, which had entered partnerships immediately after the election ended. [...]
This is because there is still no final agreement between Vetevendosje and LDK, which had entered partnerships immediately after the election ended.
These two parties, in addition to the post of prime minister and the seemingly ministerial ones, have also taken up the post of president for whom they have not yet found common language.
But this is not the only problem that is hindering government formation.
Immediately after the election results, Kurti was invited by President Hashim Thaci to be mandated for the first government, even giving an ultimatum 48 hours to Kurti to surrender the candidate name.
Albin Kurti has not yet made such a move, he has said the name is expected to be handed over soon to President Thaci, not to mention the date.
Such an act is being viewed as inappropriate by analysts. Political analyst Ramush Tahiri tells IndexOnline that Kurti must either give up the mandate or submit his name to the president.
The fact that Albin Kurti as the leader of the Vetevendosje Movement that has emerged from the first parliamentary elections in Kosovo is not fulfilling the constitutional duty as a party and is not sending the candidate name that would be nominated for Mandatar for Kye Prime Minister by President Thaqi is on any reasonable legal, political and any other argument. Each would consider the 15-day time enough to start and complete the governing coalition by making arrangements with other parliamentary parties. What they say is that we are in the final phase of achieving agreement is taking a long time and it seems to be even if it takes over 15 days today. The country is in crisis and institutions cannot act. It's easy to tell the president to wait and don't act, tell the government you're in resignation and you don't have to make decisions, and the Parliament doesn't hold parliamentary sessions that there's no work target because there are no elected Governments. But time is running out and the situation for citizens is getting worse, and if the state's problems don't work, society falls into the collars. I consider it necessary to act in some ways to unlock the situation. The first to have the president nominated Albin Kurti mandated for forming the government in 15 days so that it can vote with the entire new cabinet in the Assembly. If voted, we have elected Government if not then President Thaci gives the mandate to another party, which has the opportunity to make at least 61 MPs' votes in the ruling coalition. If Albin disputes the nomination and sends it to the Constitutional Court, then the court's decision should be expected. Second, Albin Kurti must send the name for nomination and make Government either send a letter and give up the mandate and allow ways for other parties to form the government coalition”, he says.
In addition Tahiri says a decision should be made by the LDK, either to remain in opposition or to coalition with the second mandate.
The third “for the Democratic League to come up with the stance that it cannot reach agreement with Vetevendosje and that it will remain opposition parties or form a coalition with the second mandate. The fourth Parliament will convene at the plenary hearing and become self-compliance so that the country can go to the polls again within 40 days. The fifth to gather leaders of parliamentary parties and agree on a broad coalition government that includes -- or at least a two-year-old technical government -- and to carry out all the jobs and reforms considered important for the country, and for which consensus is needed. It takes action because the status quo is unstable and it is not a solution”, Tahiri said.
Kurt today has sent letters to the president, demanding that no pressure increase on them because the agreement with the LDK is in the final phase.
