Kosovo killings, thefts drop

Kosovo last year has had fewer criminal acts, murder and theft. For this reason, 2019 is considered successful for the Kosovo Police, even though there has been an increase in economic crimes, especially in terms of corruption and fraud.

For details of the number of cases, the director of the Department of Operations, Africa Ahmeti, said that compared to 2018, there has been a reduction of them to about 8.90 per cent.

While the director of the investigative department, Riza Silova, announced there has been an increase in criminal acts that concern cyber crimes, corruption and guilt.
