Borell will also visit KEK, while leaving for Prizren.
In this municipality, the Spaniard will meet with Mytaher Haskuka chairman and communities.
Borrell has said through a tweet writing the Western Balkans is a priority in his mandate, adding that the resumption of negotiations between Pristina and Belgrade is at the top of the agenda.
