Freed from charges all involved in “Proto”

Relatives indictees “Proto” have been acquitted of charges, as they have not proved to have committed the criminal act they were charged with.
The judge has read the court's decision, Shashivar Hoti.
Besides saying that no criminal offence has been proven, detailed reasoning has said it will be written.
Lawyer Besnik Berisha, who defends former minister Besim Beqaj, has said this process has proved the prosecution is overwhelmed.
After declaring that the indictment, before journalists Berisha has stated that the investigation and the indictment have been selective and that persons responsible for the prosecution's employment have not had the courage to interview as witnesses and leave as suspects.
For criminal work “violation of equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination”, former Democratic Party of Kosovo President Adem Grabovci, former Minister of Innovation and Retakership Besim Beqaj, former deputet PDK, Zenun Pajaziti, and eight others charged.
They were charged during October, November and December 2011, with illegally nominating people at leadership positions or with their party at public companies “Trainos”, “Infracos”, “Hidro-Drini”, “Radoniqi-Dukagini”, etc.
After the prosecution had filed an indictment for the wiretapping of Pronto, the trial had begun on October 1st 2018, while on November 15th, Grabovci, Beqaj, the Pajazit of the other 8 indictees had been acquitted.
