Konjuhi has been urging traffic participants to increase caution since horizontal visibility is extremely low in some parts of Kosovo.
“Cripos began at 0400 a.m. This is like cutting off frost that can cause fog and low temperature. We pray that despite this, traffic participants will increase care, respect the commands of communications and police, because horizontal visibility in many parts of Kosovo is very low. ”-tha Conjuhi for RADIO 1H.
Konjuhi then recalled that for the state of local roads, the municipalities are responsible, but if they don't have the proper capacity, they should address their ministry.
A clarification, yesterday the ministry has accepted many civic complaints about the situation so that it does not maintain local roads. We explain that the respective municipalities have the authority to do so and normally have their own budget. If they have problems, they can address us as the Minister to support them.
