The nongovernmental organisation “The establishment of Zeri” today delivered seven subjects to the Constitutional Court about assessing constitutionality that the Supreme Court's judicial act in case of refusing indictments for compensation for war damages.
Chairman of the organisation” The establishment of Voice”, Jahir Bata, said that the Constitutional Court in an effort to cover the shame of fair courts is acting contrary to the applicable law in Kosovo contrary to the Constitution itself and contrary to the International Convention on Freedoms and Human Rights.
According to him, the Constitutional Court is aware that courts have made legal mistakes in the case of refusing the indictment.
