Without consensus there is peace with Serbia, agreement to include 1/8 of former Yugoslavia's wealth and war damages

Representatives of the two states have not held any meetings under this process.

The former leader of technical dialogue has indicated that the president has no authorisation to lead the dialogue with Serbia, and that the Haradinaj government has violated the Constitution after failing to enforce the right to lead it.

The president has no authorisations for dialogue, the Kosovo Assembly has authorised the Government to lead the dialogue, now why this outgoing Government did not enforce this right and violated the constitution is a matter we should talk to. It is again the Kosovo Assembly that must authorise the delegation of the Republic of Kosovo for dialogue”.

Demush Shasha, by Institute E The KIP says that after the Constitutional decision the dialogue should lead the head of the government, adding that the country needs national consensus on this process.

Life Krasniqi, from the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), says Kosovo's non-recognition by the five member states affects the dialogue process with Serbia.

She says there is no EU readiness to fulfill their commitment part, creating equal conditions and integration opportunities for Kosovo.

Kryeziu says that despite international pressure the expectations are small for this process to be completed within two years, due to developments in both countries.

Kryeziu points out that the EU has not been too loud to Serbia's campaign against Kosovo citizenship. Therefore, according to him, the EU as an mediator should have equal treatment between the two sides involved in the dialogue.
