In a seven-hour interview in Klan Kosova, Citaku has said it is a heavy burden to be an ambassador of a small country a big country like America.
We have an extremely active and successful Albanian community. Even Albanians have given their lives when war has happened. We have the case of the Bytyqi brothers who came from America to fight in Kosovo”.
Citaku has stressed that Albanians in America hold important positions.
We have 6 Albanians winning in the local elections alone. We need to maintain this friendship over and over again. Our freedom and independence is the product of our resistance but it would be difficult to achieve without friends. We were lucky to be in great reality with the U.S., but this relationship should be cultivated”.
