The defendant, V.K. in order to participate in the activities of terrorist groups I SIS in Syria, 30.03. 2015, acting deliberately and aware of its actions, has left for Skopje-North Macedonia, along with its husband, M.B. and with other defendants, including F.D., to reach Istanbul-Turkey and then proceed to Syria, where they have joined the terrorist group.
It has carried out these actions consistently, until the time it surrendered to the Kurdish forces in early 2019, where it has remained for about two months and in 20,04,2019 has been deported to Kosovo.
While, defendant F.D., in order to participate in the activities of terrorist groups I SIS in Syria, on 30.03.2015, acting deliberately and aware of its actions, originally from Kosovo has gone to Skopje, along with his wife, the G.A. defendant. and the other defendants, among them, the M.B. and the V.K., have travelled to Istanbul-Turkey, then entered Syria territory and joined the terrorist group I SIS.
