G.V. has been sentenced to four years and six months in prison and 800 euros in fines. S.P. Three years and six months in prison and 600 euros in fines, J.P. Three years and six months in prison and 600 euros in fines, B.N. Three years and six months in prison and 600 euros in fine, in which the sentence against the four defendants will be counted as the time spent in detention from May 14th 2019.
The defendants have been forced to pay off the damage caused in the amount of 2490 euros solid in terms of 15 days from the day of the integrity of this act.
The defendants, J.P., are confiscated from the car “Opel Corsa”, indictees S.P., seized by car “Renault Laguna” as well as indictees G.V., seized in many of the 216.80 euros.
After completing the trial review conducted against defendants G.V., S.P., J.P., and B.N. The court has concluded that on the basis of the proven actual situation of the accused in co-ordination, they have committed the criminal offense.
The defendants are charged that in May 2019, around 18:30 in Gjakova, by the use of force illegally robs of the violent property of the R.K., in that way that after earlier they've come together and shared roles, so defendants G.V. and J.P. With the <x0-2>Opel Corsa” they go to the bus station, where they get the damaged K.R., if to supply it with narcotics, where they are then headed towards Chabrat, where they were waiting for S.P. and B.N., with the “Renault Lagun” vehicle.
Defendant G.V. Along with the injured once they enter the vehicle, they sit in the back, moving toward the church, the civilianly moving road, the defendant G.V. takes the gun with his left hand and points it to the injured in the womb, demanding the money.
Then the defendant B.N., sitting in the front seat of the vehicle, pulls out a gun that points to the injured, asking for all the money he owns, where he then scaredly damaged him, leaves up to 2490 euros, which leaves them in the car seat, and then defendant G.V. Under gun threat, he checks into pockets where he finds a amount of money and takes it, and then stops the vehicle at the edge of the road and is threatened by the gun and is shot down by the vehicle.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
