More than 16,000 is the reported number of people affected by the flu in Kosovo in recent months, of which one case has ended in death.

“As far as drugs are concerned, although we don't have “taflu”, the drug for the virus, but we have other substitutes for antiviral drugs.

Otherwise, in the Infectious Clinic, I can say that we have capacities with both human and space sources and in any case of the outbreak of flu”, Ahmeti said.

Meanwhile, Era Piraeus, spokeswoman at the National Institute of Public Health, announced that the largest number of flu cases was reported by Pristina and Prizren. Nevertheless, she adds that the flu has not passed the epidemic threshold.
