About 1500 pastries helped prepare it. The cake is six and a half miles long, it's 10 inches thick and weighs somewhere in 27 tons.
It was laid down on dozens of tables that were located in the city of Thursur (the cultural capital of Kerala, south of India). Passiciers needed 4 hours, 120 kilos of sugar and flour to enable its preparation.
India is thus awaiting confirmation of “rebutted”, the previous record of preparing a cake held by Zixi (city in China). We remember that in 2018 they made a fruit cake about two miles [3.2 km] long. /tch
