The first Spanish meeting mediating in negotiations with Serbia will hold with President Hashim Thaci at noon, Borrell's office announces.
For the meeting with Thaci, the High Representative has reserved thirty minutes.
At 12:30, Borrell will meet political party leaders who are part of the Parliament. Acting Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj could meet EU senior official in Parliament, as he has not warned a meeting in Government.
