The leader of the Besa Movement in an interview for Kosovo Prees estimates that Albanian parties must join around the demands of Albanians in Northern Macedonia so that Albanians can be a decision-making factor in the country.
According to him, it is clear that DUI will end up in the opposition, except it remains to be seen how many votes it will end there.
He says they are currently at stake with party structures to provide the governing platform.
However, it leaves open co-operation with Albanian opposition parties. Here it mentions the Alliance for Albanians, where its leader, Ziadin Sela, has only called on the public for co-operation.
While asked about any possible co-operation with Macedonian parties, Kasami says the priority is to gain support from Albanians.
He says that if an Albanian party gets enough votes from Albanians to have representatives in institutions, then co-operation with Macedonian parties is possible, but according to him, only if that co-operation is also in the interests of Albanians.
On 3 January, the Skopje agreement is expected to take effect, with which it clears up that three months before elections are held, the technical government, which only deals with the organisation of the elections.
Meanwhile, the distribution of parliament is expected to take place immediately in February.
