As police reports, suspects in the past year had promised citizens mainly jobs in construction, while citizens were forced to pay money at different stages.

Kosovo police, namely, the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina, on January 24, 2020, have carried out the operational plan codenamed "Vizat".
Following allegations based on the involvement of several suspected persons in a co-operation with another person in Germany, during the January-May 2019 period, the same has promised citizens of the Republic of Kosovo employment in various professions, and mainly in the field of construction in the state of Germany, where in exchange for carrying out these services, citizens had to pay amounts of money at different stages (in the phase of application, the phase of job contract security, and the phase of gaining rights for visas).
In this case, Kosovo Police during the investigation phase have applied the necessary measures of the secret investigation, with cases collected testimony from suspected persons.
Suspected persons arrested are:
I.B. 1983 birth year M/Albanian
St. B. 1952 birth year M/Albanian
E. P. 1996 M/Albanian year of birth
In the case, worth 700 (seven hundred) and 3 (three) mobile phones will serve as material evidence along procedures have been seized.
While at the prosecutor's order, suspected persons are sent to the detention for 48 hours.
