The Pec Foundation Prosecutor and Regional Police Directorate in Pec announce public opinion that on January 28, 2020, about 10:00, in the municipality of Cline, with the authorisation of the state prosecutor, a person suspected of a 1999 murder case, has been arrested by regional investigators in support of the former Kosovo Penal Law.
The suspect following the arrest has been interviewed by regional investigators, and the one with the State Prosecutor's decision has been detained for 48 hours.
The Kosovo Police Regional Investigation Sector for the Suspect has presented criminal charges to the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, while the state prosecutor for the suspect has applied for the appointment of the detention measure to the Pec Foundation Court, the Randa Crime Department.
This case in Pec's Constitutional Prosecutor has been in the targeted cases of post-war killings in the territorial competence of this institution.
