B., 20, resident of the village of Vasjar, Memaliyaj and E. S., 30, resident of Memaliya. He was also declared in search and another citizen.

These citizens in collaboration with each other at the site called Mogila, in an uninhabited apartment, were processing and packing 103kg of suspected narcotic materials Cannabis Sattiva, aimed at transporting the town of Vlora.
