Within the framework of the Climate Diplomacy Week, Balkan Green Foundation (BGF), the GAP Institute, the Group for Jury and Political Studies (GLPS), Balkan Forum, and the Institute for Development Policy (INDEP) organise discussion with the subject “Role of youth in easing climate change. ”
Part of the survey will be young people who, thanks to personal and professional commitments, contribute to promoting actions to ease the effects of climate change.
The discussion will illustrate the importance of empowering youth to change their daily habits in relation to conservation, promoting sustainable transport and mobileity, raising different debates in society on climate change, co-ordinating priorities with relevant actors and so on.
Mrs. Natalia Apostolova, Special Representative of the European Union/Cefe Office ( The EUSR/HoO will be part of the event where, among other things, it will stress EU support for the inclusion of youth on the road to easing climate change.
