The head of the Association for War Harming “The Rise of Voice”, Jarhir Bayta, has stated that today they have handed over the file's next contingent in order for the Constitution to correct the release the Supreme Court issued, which has not recognised the revision procedure.

Until it has declared that the request for compensation is made for the state of Serbia, Bata said that up until now about 1,200 files have been handed over to the Constitutional Court, where the value of human and material damage amounts to up to 4m euros.
The leader of the “Voice raising” has appealed to all political subjects to deal seriously with handling this issue.
“These requests addressed to Serbia's government because it has collective responsibilities because war has been led by Serbian Army and Police General, so the raising of voice is with active and permanent consistency to exercise judicial violence until the realisation of pettium in the sense of retaliatory citizens who have suffered in the recent 1999 war... So there are now 1200 citizens or files that amount to 3 million or 4 million euros since there are even 6 killed and we have completely destroyed economies. We appeal to the political subjects that are in the race to take the government's steering wheel once they make the decision to approach the execution of injustices that they have committed over and over again since 1999, so that's the commitment to the right of the bankrupt citizen for 20 years”, he said.
Bayta also expressed the need to have the association's office “The raising of Voice” in each municipality, as this too is causing trouble for families seeking compensation.
We remember that the Association for War Hurts “The rise of Voice” has previously handed over files to the Constitutional Court through which it has demanded compensation for war damages.
