Numerous trucks are waiting in line both to enter Kosovo from Albania, but also on the opposite side.
The National Centre for Border Management in a response to Koha.net has said this is happening because of technical problems in the Kosovo Customs system.
This problem has not surfaced for citizens moving in cars.
