During these months, however, security measures have not been the same for all of them.

Lawyer Merita Bajraktari says her client was notified this Friday of changing the security measure, KTV reports.

Bajraktar's client now has the measure of police appearance.

In the meantime, she's not the only one whose measure was changed.

Lawyer Sabrie Jashari also confirmed that her client too has been changed from house arrest to police notice.

Lawyer Donjeta Leka, has indicated that after a month of detention, the prosecution has made no request for a measure of security for the client she protects, since, according to her, the same had gone to Syria when she was a minor.

And changing security measures for 32 returnees from the conflict zone has confirmed the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

The Special Department has made a decision, and 24 defendants have continued the measure of house arrest in length for 2 months apart. For the four defendants, house arrest measures have been suspended and replaced with the measure of presentation at the police station, while for another four defendants there has been no request for continuing any measures by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Mirlinda Gashi, spokeswoman at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, has said.

Meanwhile, questions related to the Syria returnee investigation have not been answered by the Special Prosecutor.

On the other hand, according to a research conducted by the Kosovo Institute for Justice, cases of terrorism have been handled more seriously by the Court.

During the month of August, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced one of the returnees from Syria to two years.
