With similar problems comes the new school year 2019/2020 in Kosovo's education sector.
At all levels during the last two years of governance, education faced numerous difficulties, while experts estimate that since the post-war these have been the worst years for the sector. This, as they consider, marked the overall impasse of many processes and there was no rise in quality.
Pre-university levels -- namely, elementary and high schools -- will learn in error textbooks this year. Although new books were drafted for classes 1,2,6,7, 10, and 11, numerous errors were found in them. However, the ministry did not cancel these texts and decided to publish. The responsibility for mistakes the Ministry left with the correspondents, writes Koha Ditore.

This was after on 25 September 2017 Shyqitti Bytyqi fired the Agency's Board and the manager of the institution's office by interfering with this independent institution.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) has promised that by September it will start daily learning in several schools that work with a framework. Sources of the newspaper within August have said that such a thing is unlikely to happen since infrastructure conditions have not been met in these schools. In a lack of conditions, the start of this process had failed last year.
The United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture of Kosovo (SBASHK) has threatened that if the implementation of this process starts, they will strongly reject it. SBASK Chairman Nundman Jasharaj has said that Kosovo schools do not meet conditions for daily instruction...
