The postal vote, which started on 19 September for all fellow countrymen living outside Kosovo, seems to have begun to be misused.
Metro newspaper has provided a video where a person with an initial V.K. has published several photos and a video recording voting along with two other girls.
The video shows how the V.K. is seen filling out 50 sheets spread over the table, where they prepare them to be sent to the CEC offices in Pristina via the Post.
The V.K. based on pictures on his personal Facebook is seen as a Vetevendosje Movement activist.
The Post vote by the exiles has ended on September 20th, while numerous abuses have also been observed in these 2019 elections.
We remember that under the Constitution of Kosovo and Article 89.3 and 89.4, no one is allowed to vote on behalf of another voter, except those with limited ability in such a way that he is unable to sign or drop the ballot, and/or he is illiterate could be assisted by another voter-elect if he requires such help.
89.3 No one is allowed to vote on behalf of another voter, except in accordance with provisions of Article 89.5 of this law.
89.4 Each voter meets its ballot in secret behind the voting booth. Only one person is allowed behind the voting booth during a certain time interval unless the voter has sought help from the other person, as specified in paragraph 5 of this article.
The following is the video where you can see the vote.
