Organiser Driton Talalari, on the channeling issue, said they have applied in the Pristina municipality, but there are no answers. According to him, the situation is alarming and that the municipality should cover the channeling.
Among the protesters was Avdush Baygora, a reanimator specialists at QKUK, who is a resident of this neighborhood. He indicated that if this problem is not solved, residents will have infectious diseases, which are infectious diseases.
“We are not satisfied because if some more general state of infection and disease occurs in us, it will spread very quickly even into the city, but unfortunately our mayor is dealing with campaigns, it has forgotten Pristina, it is misery that in the 21st century, at a location considered as the new Pristina, there will be such an alarming situation”.
Hivzi Mehmeti, resident of the Veternik neighbourhood, said so many have problems with the smell that they could not open windows.
Residents warn that if this problem is not resolved, they will radicalise the measures and start blocking roads.
