Kosovo police, the Regional Police Directorate in Pec, have secured authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec for publishing the photo of the suspected person, with the intent to locate and therefore to arrest him.
“A STRI (ISË) HASANIA, born with 15.03.1976, in Pec, situated on “Adrian Krasniqi” No. 99 in Pec. Suspect is wanted for criminal acts: Purchase, possession, distribution and unauthorised Narcotics Sale”, the police communiqué to the media says.
By the judgment of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, changed to the Court's Act of Appeals of Kosovo has been pronounced jail sentences the following:
- Sentenced in prison for four (four) years and six (six) months,
- Sentenced in length of 1 (one) year and 4 (four) months,
Kosovo police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspected person in the photo attached call the Kosovo Police or be notified at the nearest police station.
