Several police units from the Road Traffic Division and Regional Directorate in Pristina have been assigned to this operational plan, which have priority to deal with countervasers who stop or park their vehicles irregularly.
The initial measures against the countertakers have been the remarks and ticket of traffic, while the ongoing days in order to improve the situation in traffic and provide security to all participants in traffic will be stiffened by measures in which additional measures will be taken in addition to the fine.
Reece in the implementation of this plan represents placing the announcement in the front window of the parked vehicle, which the announcement obliges the citizen to appear in the police and get the traffic ticket for irregular parking.
Likewise, police will take all legal measures even if the vehicle director does not appear at the means or according to the announcement, and the corresponding ticket will be issued to him based on data taken from the Centre for Auto-registering (QRA), also in order to implement blockades will be established or fully displaced, which prevents free flow of vehicles and pedestrians, so Kosovo police require all participants in traffic to respect road traffic regulations.
Only during the first week of implementation of this plan (from September 02 to 06th 2019), a total of 230 traffic tickets have been issued by this Task Force.
