Otherwise, in a previously published World Bank research, the rights of construction workers are violated in Kosovo.
According to him, about 52 percent of the workers in the construction sector work without employment contracts, often on extended hours, and are not paid for additional hours or holiday holidays.
The report adds that they are not offered annual holidays unless they want to receive it for free.
