Although they are not yet formalised in the CEC, a day before the deadline for submitting the lists, many MPs have written on their Facebook profiles, that they will be on the list.

LDK spokesman Besian Mustafa says they have accepted proposals from the LDK branches, but it has not yet been decided who the candidates will be. According to him, the LDK has principles that those convicted of justice bodies will not be included on the candidate list.

“We have now accepted lists or proposals from the 38 LDK branches from all over Kosovo, these lists yesterday and today are being analysed by the LDK's central leadership, and the final list will be compiled during these days. You know we have until September 6th to deliver finals to the CEC. There will be new names, we only have 24 deputies of the last legislature. So, mathematically there will be new names, I cannot confirm any particular name right now for the time being”, Mustafa said.

He says they will respect the gender quota in the women's involvement on the candidate list for deputies, while pledging that 30 per cent will be exceeded, as is the previous one. Mustafa, among other things, says that with Vjosa Osmani's candidacy for prime minister, the LDK shows that it places particular importance on representing the woman in politics.

Some of the names already known to the candidates for participating in the next legislature by LDK are Cameron Shala, Besa Gageri, Ramiz Kelmendi, Shkumbin Gashi, Mikete Hajdari, Fatmir Sejdiu, Doruntintin Maloku, Ekrem Hyseni, Florie Beshel, Florian Dusy, Sali Asllaj, Muharrem Svarqa, Mirjet Kaludra, Isuf Berisha, Nexmi Rudari, Visar Hodari, Fidan Rekaliu, Albanian, Ramaj Ramaj Beqi, Koksi, Shkqitqi, Hajr Hidini, Tashni Vashni Tanaj, and Tashni Vaj.

Redzep Gjergji, Vlora Doshmoi, Imet Candor Demaj, are three others, who in their Facebook accounts have written they have received the trust of respective branches to be candidates for deputies. A Facebook page has written that the candidate for deputy will also be Gani Geci's daughter, Marigona Geci.

The LDK in these elections will compete with Vjosa Osmani, as a candidate for prime minister, while this party, like others, will have the opportunity to get 110 candidates on the election list.

The list with candidates for MPs is also finalising the Social Democrat Initiative. Cerkin Dukoli from this party says there will be high credentials candidates.

What we can say is that under the Initiative's list, but also the coalition in general, there will be candidates with high credentials, men and women, girls and field experts, people who will be witnessed, with whom we will pride ourselves as coalition list”, Dukolli declares.

The Social Democrat Initiative will compete in the coalition with New Kosovo Alliance, in the agreement that these two parties have reached, the owner of the list will be Fatmir Limaj.

Candidates for MPs from the Social Democrat Party are all MPs from the past legislature, except for Aida Drggut, like: Visar Ymer, Dardan Molyqaj, Dardan Sejdiu, Driton Caushi, Albanian Pantina, Dukagjin Gorani, Faton Topalli, Sali Salihu, Besa Baftiu and Frashir Krasniqi. At least that's what Shpend Ahmeti had declared. And media spokeswoman for this party, Nature Kuci, says that among the 25 candidates, there will be new names.

There are also new figures that will come together, but we're not going to make names for now... We're going to try to get as many women as possible, since the quota is 30, we're trying to have more than 30 percent women, it's not easy, but we're constantly trying to find and leave space on the electoral lists for women”, said Kuci.

In the agreement reached between the AAK and the PSD, the owner of the list is Ramush Haradinaj.

And the candidates from the LVV that have already been released are: Nvdaz Isufi, Arbere Kryeziu-Hiseni, Ismaile Kurteshi, Arijeta Rexhepi, Demi-Murtezi Labinos, Alban Hyseni, Faruk Mujka, Fidan Ademi, Avni Zogiani and Albana Gashi. While former President Sami Kurteshi of the Gjilan branch has not been run.

The candidate list for MPs in the next legislature is also preparing the Democratic Party of Kosovo, where the owner of the list will be Kadri Wessel.

Part of the race for MPs will not be former independent deputies, Korab Sejdiu and Ilir Deda.

Otherwise, the election campaign is expected to begin on 25 September and ends on 4 October, while elections are held on 6 October. Organising these Kosovo budget elections will cost around 6m euros.
